Ask us anything
We have a Thermador range that keeps on clicking. So I wanted to see if someone could come and take a look.
Yes, we could definitely do that. Unfortunately, I tried to squeeze you into a schedule for today or tomorrow, but we're already fully booked. The soonest schedule we have available is on Saturday. We can do it first thing in the morning between 9 AM and 12 PM. If we have a cancellation for an earlier schedule, we'll put you on a priority list and call you back when there's a slot available. The technician's name will be Alex. But don't worry since our technician will call you 30 minutes before they arrive. As for the cost, we have a diagnostic fee , which pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect your unit and tell you what's wrong. You will authorize any repairs, and our technician will give you a definitive estimate for the repair cost. That will be waived if you proceed with the repairs with us. We accept debit and credit cards and checks regarding our mode of payment. Our technicians are highly trained, licensed and certified for your Thermador appliances.
