And we will basically keep you posted after the parts are ordered, when they will be delivered, and when we will come to repair the part installation to finish the job. I won't be personally ordering the parts; he will be the one, so I will ask him to give you a call as soon as he orders and when the supplier provides an ETA for them.
My Frigidaire stove computer pad, where you put the time, the heat, and temperature, is not working. The pad where you see the temperature and time is busted. How much do you charge for that?
The soonest available technician for tomorrow is between 12NN and 3 PM. We have a diagnostic fee, which pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect your unit, and tell you what's wrong. That fee will be waived once you continue with us for the repairs

Needed someone to come out and fix a GE refrigerator. There's a problem with the water line. Someone came out and fixed a similar problem from your company a couple of years ago. I wonder if they can come out and check on it. I prefer Friday if that's possible. I'm not going to be around any sooner than that. We could also do it today, I didn't think someone could come this early, but today or Friday would be good.

We have a service call fee for the visit, that's for a full physical diagnostic of the unit, and once you decide to proceed with us, the service call fee will be waived. For a mode of payment, you can pay us with a credit or debit card or check; we don't take cash for now. The specialist will call you half an hour before arrival. Keep your phone active and keep your fridge plugged in.
I'm calling to see if you guys repair refrigerators. Our refrigerator is a built-in KitchenAid refrigerator. And I was going to see if I could schedule an appointment or how much it is.
