Our Service Experts are licensed, bonded, insured, and highly-trained professionals in every trade we offer.
Does Home Alliance provide warranty on installation and repairs?
Yes, we provide a warranty on installation and repairs. The warranty period depends on the type of work that has been done. Your Service Expert will guide you through different options to ensure satisfaction.
How soon can I schedule an appointment?
Prime members can schedule appointments the same day. Non-members will be scheduled for the first available time window.
How do I track my order?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link. At any time, you can follow this link and see updates of the order's status, or access your dashboard on the website.
Do I have to be present when Home Alliance is at my home?
Depending on the job, you may need to be present at home at the time of appointment. To make it easier, Home Alliance gives you convenient time windows of three hours of your choice.

When can I expect someone to come out to repair my appliance?
You can make an appointment at any time 24/7. You can choose a 3-hour time window for the day of the scheduled repair. Book online here or call us at (877) 777-0796

Who orders the parts?
Your assigned Service Experts order the part themselves. As soon as parts arrived, we schedule the next appointment with you in order for Service Experts can come to install them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and checks
When will I pay?
You will not be charged in full until the job is complete. However if your job requires parts, you may be charged for the part upfront.
Is there a cancellation or reschedule fee?
We don't charge for cancellations or reschedules. However we do urge to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to allow your Service Expert to adjust their schedule.
My pro never arrived
