The previous technician who handled the repairs isn't with our company, but we will send another competent technician to help you. We recommend that your line be free before the scheduled time as our technician will call you 30 minutes ahead of time to inform you of their arrival. We have a service call fee for a full physical diagnostic on the unit. And once you continue with us for the repairs, the service fee will be waived. As for payment, you pay with debit, credit, and checks, as we don't accept cash now.
