We hired Home Alliance to install a new 20 amp circuit as well as reroute some other electrical boxes. They responded quickly to my service request, provided a reasonable estimate, and finished the work in a single day. The electrician who arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy.
Every time I flushed the toilet, it made a loud roaring noise. When I contacted Home Alliance, they responded within hours with a probable diagnosis and a cost estimate. A day and a half later, the technician arrived. He was courteous and efficient, took all necessary precautions, and had the toilet repaired in less than an hour. The fee was exactly as quoted.
