Question 1

Do you repair all Sub-Zero appliances?

Accepted Answer

We repair Sub-Zero built-in, integrated and Pro refrigerators, freezers, refrigerator drawers and wine storage. Tell us the model when you book.

Question 2

Should I move my wine while the unit is being repaired?

Accepted Answer

If the temperature is rising, move bottles somewhere cool and dark until the repair is done.

Question 3

Why is my Sub-Zero refrigerator not cooling?

Accepted Answer

Check that the doors seal, the vents and grille aren't blocked, and the setting hasn't changed. If it's still warm after a few hours, call for service to protect your food.

Question 4

Why is there frost in my Sub-Zero wine cooler?

Accepted Answer

Frost usually points to a door seal that isn't closing tight or a defrost problem. Check the gasket first.

Question 5

How early should I book a Sub-Zero repair before the holidays?

Accepted Answer

Now is best. Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov 26, 2026. Booking in October or early November leaves time for a return visit if a part has to be ordered.

Question 6

Does ocean air affect my Sub-Zero?

Accepted Answer

Homes near the coast in La Jolla, Coronado or Del Mar can see more corrosion on exposed metal parts. If you notice rust or intermittent faults, get it checked.

Question 7

What areas of San Diego do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Coastal San Diego from Coronado and Point Loma to La Jolla, Del Mar and Carlsbad, plus Rancho Santa Fe, Poway and inland North County.
