I have a washer that won't work. I don't know your schedule for tomorrow. We were washing, and all of a sudden, it stopped. It stopped on the 2nd rinse, and I can't get it off of that. I unplugged it since it kept on beeping and beeping. What are your charges? What time do you close?
As for the cost, our diagnostic fee, which pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect the unit and tell you what's wrong. You will authorize any repairs, and the technician will show you the exact pricing before you decide. The diagnostic fee will be waived once you proceed with our repairs. The earliest we can get you a schedule will be at 1 in the afternoon. We close at 9 PM.
