Question 1

Is Willow Glen part of your San Jose service area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We serve Willow Glen, Palm Haven and the surrounding San Jose neighborhoods.

Question 2

Does it matter if my refrigerator is built-in or freestanding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, so we'll ask when you book. Built-in and integrated units need different access and sometimes different parts, and we take care with custom panels.

Question 3

What if the problem comes back after the repair?

Accepted Answer

Call us and tell us what you're seeing. We'll arrange a follow-up visit to inspect the fix.

Question 4

Should I unplug my refrigerator before the visit?

Accepted Answer

Usually no. Leave it running so the technician can see the problem as it happens, and move perishables to a cooler if it's warm.

Question 5

Does it matter how old my Sub-Zero is?

Accepted Answer

Age helps us plan. Older units can generally be repaired as long as parts are still available, and we'll tell you up front if a part is hard to find.

Question 6

Can someone come today or on a weekend in Willow Glen?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the schedule that day. Call us and we'll offer the earliest open window and let you know if an earlier slot opens up.
