What is included in the training?
200+ online video lessons
You will get video tutorials on repairing household appliances, HVAC, electric, and plumbing. Classes once in a week. Total 8-10 lessons (1,5 - 2 months of training)
Webinars on Customer Service
The art of communicating with customers, selling additional services and making sure that the customer gets back to you for services is just as important as high-quality equipment repair.
3d simulation
You can attend practical classes online using 3d simulation in virtual reality only with us. There you can practice inspections and repair on each appliance. You can get such opportunity only in our academy.
