Ask us anything
I'm calling because I have a GE Monogram refrigerator. We normally vacuum and clean the coils to keep them running efficiently. And because it's built-in, it needs to be rolled out so we can clean it. But we aren't as strong as we used to be. So we're hoping that we could have someone come out to do a service for that sometime.
Will you be available for tomorrow? Or do you want it to be done today? We also have an available technician today between 3 to 6 PM; as for the cost, our diagnostic fee pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect the unit, and do the full maintenance. We accept debit and credit cards and checks regarding our mode of payment. Our technicians are highly trained, licensed and certified for your GE Monogram refrigerator. Please keep your phone lines active since our technicians will call you 30 minutes before letting you know of their arrival.

- I had guys come over to my house earlier today for repairs. We needed freon, and we needed to know which one we used in the past. We didn't have that answer at the time of the service, but we have it now. My question is, should they come back tomorrow or whenever they are next available. I wanted to make sure that the fee is applied to the work we need to do.
