How much load can a 6mm cable take?
With the current regulations, you are allowed a 145% increase in carrying capacity for one hour. And this means that using a 6mm cable with a maximum load of 32A and pairing it with a 32A MCB is acceptable. However, it is not possible to protect a 6mm cable that has to carry over 50A safely with only a 32A MCB.
