I'm calling to see if you have any availability for tomorrow, preferably to come out to a property to give a quote. The intake vent needs to be relocated. The earlier we could do it, the better.
We have an available time tomorrow afternoon between 3 to 6 PM. We have a timeframe of 3 hours for our technician to come out and help you. We'll put a note to send you a technician earlier than usual. Our technicians will call you 30 minutes before their arrival.

- Needed someone to come out and fix a GE refrigerator. There's a problem with the water line. Someone came out and fixed a similar problem from your company a couple of years ago. I wonder if they can come out and check on it. I prefer Friday if that's possible. I'm not going to be around any sooner than that. We could also do it today, I didn't think someone could come this early, but today or Friday would be good.
