I talked to the plumber, and he is coming back to install the part. But I haven't received a bill yet or the estimate yet. He told me to keep an eye out for an email which I haven't seen anything in yet.
I will go ahead and inform our manager to let our plumber know that you haven't received your estimate. They just get back to you.
