What is a pendant light?
It is a type of lighting fixture that hangs from the ceiling with a cord, chain or metal rod and can be found in an array of sizes, styles and materials. It often has one bright source surrounded by a decorative shade or globe that adds character to any room it's placed in - whether used as general lighting, task lighting or accentuating pieces within the space. Popular areas where they are frequently seen include kitchens, dining rooms and living spaces.
