We'll do our best. Thanksgiving is Nov 26, 2026, and appointments fill up the week before, so book as early as you can.

Question 4

My Sub-Zero refrigerator isn't cooling. What should I check?

Accepted Answer

Make sure the doors seal, the vents inside and the top grille aren't blocked, and the temperature setting hasn't changed. If it's still warm after a few hours, call for service to protect your food.

Question 5

Why is my Sub-Zero freezer frosting up?

A door that isn't sealing is the most common cause. If the gasket looks fine and frost keeps coming back, the defrost system may need service.
