I called you guys to help with my Thermador oven a couple weeks ago. I had a technician, Alex, and he took a look. I've been trying to reach him, but his phone keeps disconnecting. The issue was never fixed. There's still an error code in our oven.
We definitely can help you out. Unfortunately, Alex is out of state for a family emergency. We can send a technician for tomorrow between 2 and 5 PM if you want. We won't charge you for a visit, of course. Our technicians will call you 30 minutes before letting you know their arrival.
