How do I track my order?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking link. At any time, you can follow this link and see updates of the order's status, or access your dashboard on the website.
Needed someone to come out and fix a GE refrigerator. There's a problem with the water line. Someone came out and fixed a similar problem from your company a couple of years ago. I wonder if they can come out and check on it. I prefer Friday if that's possible. I'm not going to be around any sooner than that. We could also do it today, I didn't think someone could come this early, but today or Friday would be good.
We could absolutely do it today between 1 to 4 PM. Let me just remind you how we work. We have a service call fee for the visit, that's for a full physical diagnostic of the unit, and once you decide to proceed with us, the service call fee will be waived. For a mode of payment, you can pay us with a credit or debit card or check; we don't take cash for now. The specialist will call you half an hour before arrival. Keep your phone active and keep your fridge plugged in.
Does the HVAC Company have a service plan to maintain and protect my system?

I'm calling to see if you guys repair refrigerators. Our refrigerator is a built-in KitchenAid refrigerator. And I was going to see if I could schedule an appointment or how much it is. A week or two ago, it wasn't staying cool. I had somebody come out; I think he refilled the freon. And now, when I turn it on, it goes really loud. Also, we'd be more comfortable if our technician was American. Not to be mean, it's because we had a problem in the past.
