How to Defrost a Viking Refrigerator?
Power down the refrigerator by disconnecting it from the socket before attempting to defrost the freezer of a Viking appliance. In such a case, flip the circuit breaker off. Remove all the food from the freezer to empty it. To absorb water, place clean rags or towels around the perimeter of the floor of the freezer. Depending on the buildup, you should disconnect it for 24 hours to allow it to thaw. After defrosting, clean the freezer and let it air dry thoroughly. Plugging the refrigerator back in will turn it on. Give the device 24 and 48 hours to cool completely and freeze once again.
One of your installers is meeting me this morning, and the window is 11 AM to 2 PM. I wanted to double-check that you guys are on your way.
We have a 3-hour time frame because our technicians have previous jobs to tend to. We can give you a specific time on when they will get there, but they will give you a call when they are on their way.
Why do I hear a whistle sound in my plumbing system?

Is natural gas orifice bigger than propane?
The size of a gas orifice is inversely proportional to the service pressure: natural gas orifices are larger than propane ones. If you try to use a propane appliance with natural gas, it won't work efficiently because of the lower pressure and smaller orifice.
I would like to find out if you guys do service for dryers. I have a dryer that we haven't turned on yet, so I want to know how much you charge. We just moved, and the dryer is brand new, so we want someone to check it and help us with how to use it.
Unfortunately, we only do internal and mechanical repairs. And since you mentioned it is still brand new, we recommend calling the manufacturer for help. You can also check on Google for help.
