Ask us anything
I called yesterday, and I think your technician has been at the location. I am just not sure what happened. I asked the tenants if he fixed it; they said no and that they needed to follow up with me. I tried to call the technician because he had called me before he came, but he didn't answer. But I don't know if this is something he couldn't fix it or if he needed some parts, or what's the story exactly.
We will be sending you the quote. My manager will give you a callback. He has to talk with the technician who came, and he will get the quote or whatnot, and he will give you a callback.
