Ask us anything
I have a KitchenAid built-in refrigerator, and there's something wrong with the freezer. The freezer produces too much ice. I'm at home tomorrow or Monday if that works. How much is your call-out charge?
Tomorrow afternoon works if that is okay. We have a diagnostic fee, which pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect your unit and tell you what's wrong. That will be waived if you proceed with the repairs with us. We accept debit and credit cards and checks regarding our mode of payment. Our technicians are highly trained, licensed and certified for your KitchenAid refrigerator. Please keep your phone lines active since our technicians will call you 30 minutes before letting you know of their arrival.
