I have an appointment today, and somebody was supposed to come and replace the water box for the air conditioning. Nobody came or called me. They said they were going to call me when they got the part, but they never called me, and it was 5 o'clock. Is that going o be tomorrow? Because it seems like it is not going to be today.
I think our technician hasn't called you yet because he doesn't have the part yet. Our technician will just call you once he has the parts already. I think the technician cannot make it for the day since he doesn't have the parts. I cannot provide you the exact date and time for the appointment since we don't have any idea yet as to when the part is going to arrive. I will just ask the technician to call you once we have the parts already.
