I have somebody that is coming to a client of mine to check on their refrigerator that is not working. I was just wondering if you guys have a closer window of arrival time. I'm calling to see where the technician is.
This is the soonest time we have since it was scheduled, so it should be between 2pm to 5pm. So our technician will call 30 minutes prior to their arrival so just keep your phone active.
