I'm calling because I have a problem with my Frigidaire dryer. And I want to see if you have someone available to check it. I turn it on, and 1 minute after, it stops and makes a noise, like a beep. An error code appears. Error code 64.
Unfortunately, Monday is the soonest we can send out a technician. We can do it anytime, like in the morning or afternoon. By the way, we have a service call fee, which pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect your dryer and tell you what's wrong. That will be waived if you proceed with the repairs with us. We accept debit and credit cards and checks regarding our mode of payment.

- I'm calling to put in a service request. I believe we had some work done with you guys before. We actually have a Frigidaire refrigerator that's not cooling on the top, and we wanted to see if we can have a repair man come out and check it out and see if there is any repairing that needs to be done. If they can be sent over as soon as possible because we have a guest sleeping over here, and I don't think they want their food to be spoiled.
