He called me and said he was 10 minutes away, so this was a surprise appointment. If you'd like it to be scheduled for tomorrow, that's also fine.

- I have a scheduled appointment for a Whirlpool refrigerator. I have some information to change about it, the refrigerator is actually about 15 years old. I think the KitchenAid microwave that was going to have a door replaced is maybe at least 8 years old. The dishwasher is about the same age as the microwave, about 8 years.
