I'm having a problem with my Kenmore dryer. The door won't completely shut for it to work. I ordered a new latch, but even that doesn't seem to do it, so I'm here for someone to check on it. I'm hoping to get a technician for today or tomorrow. I spent $150 on that dryer, so I hope the cost doesn't exceed that. Do you have customers who experienced such problems, and how much does it cost?
We have licensed, certified and highly-trained technicians for Kenmore appliances. We will send them out to run a full diagnostic of your dryer. For them to come out, we have a service call fee, but we will waive that once you proceed with the repairs with us. Yes, we do have customers who had latch problems. I can't give you a quote for it in the meantime because we need to figure out the real cause of the problem. We can send out a technician for today. I'll set the schedule for today between 1 and 4 PM. For the payment, we accept debit cards, credit cards and checks. Our technician will go to your place and common repair parts to conduct the service right away if he has the parts available. Be sure that your line is available as the technician will call you 30 minutes before their arrival. If you need anything else aside from appliance repairs, we also have heating and AC repair, plumbing and air quality services. We'll see you soon today!
