I'd like a schedule on Monday or Tuesday in the morning. Can you get a general estimation for such service when you talk to the technician?
Alright. We can book you a schedule on Monday for 10 AM to 1 PM. We have a service call fee, which pays for the technician to travel to your home, inspect your unit and tell you what's wrong.
