I'm trying to find a Viking repair person for my refrigerator. The light comes on and sounds like a fan, but it is not getting cold like at the 60° in the fridge. I think it is probably 12 or 14 years old.
For our licensed, certified technician to come out and tinkle it, there is a service call fee, and that will go towards the repair if you wish to proceed. The soonest schedule is tomorrow mid-day between 11am and 2pm. Our technician will call you 30 minutes prior to let you know that he is on the way.
