I missed a call earlier. I believe it's regarding my appointment for tomorrow.
I think my colleague will give you a call. He just left, but he'll be back in a couple of minutes. I'll inform him that you called so that he will call you when he gets back.
We're calling to check and see. I think I have a repair guy coming to my house today. I'm concerned if it was today or next Thursday.
I can see that you have an appointment from 3 to 6 PM today. The technician said that he would be there between 3:30 to 4 PM. Please keep your phone lines active since our technicians will call you 30 minutes before letting you know of their arrival.
What does it mean when I hear a rumbling sound coming from the water heater?
Rumbling sounds can be an indication that sediment has built up on the bottom of the water heater. Water can become trapped in this sediment and begin to boil. This means the water heater is not operating efficiently, and the sediment isn’t allowing the heat to transfer to the water in the tank. You can try draining a few gallons of water off the bottom of the water heater tank. Attach a drain hose to the valve at the bottom of the tank and allow it to drain for about five minutes. Many newer models of water heaters have a new feature that prohibits the buildup of sediment in the tank. If your heater is an older model, it may be cost-effective to replace the water heater if the buildup is severe. Contact Home Alliance for year-round maintenance of your water heater. WARNING: Hot water is dangerous. Discharge the water into a floor drain, laundry tub, or bathtub. Hot water will kill your grass if allowed to run on your lawn and will also crack a toilet bowl if discharged into the toilet. Turn off power to the water heater before draining.
What Causes a Circuit Breaker to Trip?
While many circumstances can cause a circuit breaker to trip, the most common cause is a power overload. If you are using too many appliances or electronic devices at once it can overload the circuit. Short circuits, bad wiring, or malfunctioning fixtures can also be to blame. If you are uncertain of what to do, call our team for help now.
I had a service tech come out here last Monday and got a quote. I called back on Wednesday to see if we could get the work scheduled. I just wanted to know if you could help me schedule.
You wanted to proceed with the repairs. What we'll do is I'll forward your information to the technician and tell him to give you a call. If possible today, but we can't guarantee that. We'll do our best to let him call you today.
