I scheduled an appointment with you guys for the 14th of next week. I haven't got a confirmation email or anything. Do you guys normally do that, or I'm all set up?
You should have got a notification on your phone; we usually send it out. I can ask my manager to send it out, but usually, it sends it out by itself; there's probably a hiccup or something. Unless you need to cancel or reschedule, we are good for the 14th, and if we have something sooner, we will give you a call.

- I'm calling to see if you guys repair refrigerators. Our refrigerator is a built-in KitchenAid refrigerator. And I was going to see if I could schedule an appointment or how much it is. A week or two ago, it wasn't staying cool. I had somebody come out; I think he refilled the freon. And now, when I turn it on, it goes really loud. Also, we'd be more comfortable if our technician was American. Not to be mean, it's because we had a problem in the past.
