I scheduled an appointment with you guys for the 14th of next week. I haven't got a confirmation email or anything. Do you guys normally do that, or I'm all set up?

You should have got a notification on your phone; we usually send it out. I can ask my manager to send it out, but usually, it sends it out by itself; there's probably a hiccup or something. Unless you need to cancel or reschedule, we are good for the 14th, and if we have something sooner, we will give you a call.
