I've got a problem with my freezer. It keeps icing up inside. The refrigerator part works fine. Do you have any idea what that is? Do you have a technician available today?
I'm not a technician, but we can send a technician to inspect it. We have a service call fee. That will be waived if you proceed with the repairs. Unfortunately, we don't have a spot available today, but we can send a technician tomorrow morning between 9 and 12.
