Needed someone to come out and fix a GE refrigerator. There's a problem with the water line. Someone came out and fixed a similar problem from your company a couple of years ago. I wonder if they can come out and check on it. I prefer Friday if that's possible. I'm not going to be around any sooner than that. We could also do it today, I didn't think someone could come this early, but today or Friday would be good.

For a mode of payment, you can pay us with a credit or debit card or check; we don't take cash for now. The specialist will call you half an hour before arrival.
