Can I make an appointment for the morning? I recently used this company to fix my Sub-Zero fridge, and now my freezer is broken. The fridge is working fine, but the freezer is not. If possible, I'd want a technician as soon as possible.
We don't have a technician available today, but we can give you a schedule at 9 in the morning. Our specialist will call you 30 minutes before they arrive. There will not be a service call fee for you since you are a returning customer. Our technician will give you an estimate for the repair.
