No, I don't know that. My insurance told me to call an appliance technician to check the machine to see if they were still working or not because my porch was flooded. I'm getting my household in order, so the first thing I need right now is to know if my washer or dryer is working. I'm calling to see who can come here faster because I need my washer/dryer. If it's not working, I need to tell them so they can reimburse me to buy a new one.
