I had someone out last July to check out my refrigerator because the water dispenser is very slow. They looked at it and said to change the water supply valve kit. Well, after he left, it went back to normal. But it didn't last very long. So I think maybe we do need to replace the water supply valve.
Unfortunately, since more than 6 months have passed, we need to rediagnose everything and send a new technician. If you want, we can do it tomorrow or anytime. Our service diagnostics last a month; after that, if you didn't go through with the repair, we still have to come back. Maybe we don't have to take out the fridge. But if you want, we can come over tomorrow to check it out and help you fix it. Our technicians will call you tomorrow 30 minutes before they arrive at your location.
