My name is April. I'm just calling to find out if you guys do oven repairs. The broiler is working, but the oven is not heating, the convection part. What are the times available?
We can certainly do that. It will be for a technician to come out and check your oven for this one. That will be waived once you proceed with the repairs. So you are only going to pay the repair costs. The soonest a technician can come out will be tomorrow afternoon. We can have it from 12 to 3 PM, 1 to 4 PM, or 3 to 5 PM.
