I got some HVAC guys to come over last December 20th. He looked at my HVAC system and ordered it apart. I wondered if you had the part and if he's planning to install it?
I see. I have to talk to my manager to reach out to the person who did the service before and check the status of the part. I'll have to call you back 20 to 25 minutes later and give you an update.
