We can definitely work on that, but I think the oven is still under warranty if it is new. You can check directly with the manufacturer to see if they can help you. Let me explain how we work first. We have a service call fee for our technician to come out and check the unit. That will be waived if you proceed with the repairs. We can send a technician to you in the morning for an appointment.
