My Kenmore refrigerator broke like 3 days ago, and suddenly it started working again. I don't trust it. Someone came out and repaired it a couple of years ago. They left a sticker on the inside of the door. So I just want to have it checked out before I put food in it again. Do they contact before they arrive?
We can send out a technician on Monday between 1pm and 4pm. Please keep this fridge plugged in, so we need it working to provide diagnosis. Let me just remind you how we work. We have a service call fee, and it will be waived for the repair if it is needed. Yes, the tech will call 30 minutes before arrival.
