My refrigerator is not cooling; the freezer has cool air, but it's not freezing, and the bottom is not cool enough either. It's a used Frigidaire refrigerator, so I'm not sure how old it is. Can you give me an estimate?
We have a service fee, that's for our technician to come out. He will do the full diagnostics and provide you with an estimate for the problem. Once you proceed to do the repairs with us, that fee will go towards the repair costs.
