What should I do if my faucet is leaking?
Many of our clients are tempted to take out the tools and try to tighten a leaky faucet. If your faucet is leaking water, it is likely due to a worn out seal. Leak detection technicians can help determine if the parts need to be replaced.

We had a power outage in a portion of our house, and we think it has something to do with the light socket or the switch. I'm not sure. I'm wondering if you have someone to check it. We turned on a light switch and then heard a loud buzzing noise. And now, none of the interior overhead and exterior lights turn on. I did try resetting the breaker, but it keeps going off and never stays on. I supposed you don't have any openings today, but I'd like it done first thing in the morning.
I can try to find a service schedule as soon as possible. I need to talk to the electricians first and call you back in a few.
Why isn’t my dishwasher draining?
It is normal for there to be a bit of water left at the bottom of your dishwasher. This helps prevent the seals and pump from drying out, becoming brittle, and leaking. However if your dishwasher doesn’t drain at all, you should call us for dishwasher repair right away.
I had a call from one of your workers telling me that they were gonna come out this afternoon. But I told him that it had to be tomorrow morning because that's what the girl originally told me. The girl told me to call her back.
Okay, ma'am. Let me check the system for your record. Actually, she called you to inform you that you have an appointment tomorrow from 9 to 12. She also wants to know if you want to have the service closer to 9 or later than 11.
I had an electrician scheduled to come out tomorrow. I think I need to reschedule. I believe they had an appointment available for 10 in the morning, but now they have to reschedule for 12 to 3 PM.
I see. Yeah, I can help you reschedule the appointment to 12 to 3 PM. See you tomorrow then. Please keep your phone lines active since our technicians will call you 30 minutes before their arrival.
Does the R wire go to RC or RH?
The R wire in a thermostat powers the whole HVAC system through a transformer. If your thermostat has both an Rh (Red-heat) and an Rc (Red-cool), then the R wire can go to either one. But if you only have a single R wire, it will just have an R connector, which you need.
