Cant get furnace to fire up. Engine turns on here gas come through but no ignition. Please help, hoping its simple.
If it is furnace installed after 1980 it probably is the igniter has failed and just needs to be replaced.
I have a washing machine that was fixed by you. And it is broken again. I would like to verify if you guys could come in and check it again. There's something wrong with the water. It's the same thing that happened before.
It's the LG washer, right? And it has the same problem as before. We can send you a technician tomorrow between 9 and 12 PM. So you're good for tomorrow. Again, our technicians will call you 30 minutes before letting you know their arrival.
I have an appointment today, and there's still no sign of your technician coming.
You have a scheduled appointment today between 12 and 3 pm. Let me get ahold of the technician. He might be stuck with the previous job. I'll give you a call back once we know his status.
What does dehum mean on an air conditioner?
A dehumidifier is an appliance that decreases humidity in the air. Why use one? Well, often, it's for health reasons or to get rid of that pesky musty smell. Additionally, it inhibits mold growth which can be super helpful.
Is this Thermador Appliance Repair Service? I have a 10-year-old Thermador double oven, and the spring and cable on the doors are broken. And the glass in the middle of the door is broken. I don't really need someone to take a look at it. I know exactly what it needs just by looking at it. I need someone to come out, install the part, and go their way.
We do service all Thermador appliances. We need to have a technician come out and inspect it first, or we won't know how much it would really cost and the parts needed. We can give you a schedule any day of the week. We have a spot available today, tomorrow, Saturday, or even Sunday. Our service call fee for the technician to come out and help you with your unit. If you can give me the model number, I'll pass that on to the technician so he can ready the parts for you.
Should I repair or replace old equipment?
Three main factors to consider are: Life expectancy of current system Operating cost Looking at the big picture When you’re frustrated by an equipment breakdown, it can be tempting to find the least expensive “quick fix” to get on with your life in relative comfort. That “quick fix” may be the least expensive option now, but it may not give you the most value–or cost you the least–in the long run. Paying for repairs on an old or inefficient system often simply prolongs the inevitable. It’s almost like putting a bandage on a serious injury. An older system that breaks down once is likely to break down again… and again. That means more emergency service calls or, worse yet, the risk of damage to your home or to other components of your heating and cooling system. Operating Cost There’s also an ongoing cost factor to consider. Restoring your old system will only bring it back to its current level of energy efficiency. After you’ve recovered from the repair bills and the frustration of system breakdowns, you still won’t save on your energy bills. Even six-year -old heat pumps and air conditioners are considered grossly inefficient by today’s energy efficiency standards, as are most furnaces built before 1980. With new high-efficiency equipment, you could save up to 60% on your energy bills. That’s why installing a new heating and cooling system can actually pay for itself in energy savings within a relatively short time.
