How hot does the exhaust pipe get?
The exhaust pipe's average temperature runs between 400-500 degrees, but it can also be as low as 300 or high as 1000, depending on the length of your drive. The heat from the engine is what the muffler and exhaust system removes.

- I have a Whirlpool dishwasher that I would like someone to look at. The heating coil on the bottom of it was a knife with a plastic handle that melted on top of it. I bought it from Costco a year ago. I have all Whirlpool appliances, and I've always gone through Whirlpool. Then they check if I have a warranty. Do you guys do that too?
