How much do you guys charge for a diagnostic inspection for a residential central air system. The thermostat is not working. I've tried turning it on and off. The fan works, but the temperature won't work. When are you guys available to come out?
We have a diagnostic fee, and the fee is waived and goes towards the repair cost. After the inspection, we can give you a price and options for the repairs. If you proceed with an option we provide, the diagnostic fee will go towards the repairs. So you won't be paying twice. We have an available time for tomorrow morning or later in the day. We have a 3-hour time window for every service. Our technician will call you 30 minutes or more before they arrive at your home. Please keep your phone lines active so our technicians can reach you.
