I spoke to someone this morning around 9 o'clock, and I set an appointment with a technician to arrive between 3pm and 6pm. Since it's been 45 minutes at a later time, I thought I'd check to see what the status was.
It seems like the technician was stuck with his previous job installing some parts. I will go ahead and call him for you to let him know that you called and also have him call you to give an estimated time.
