Can I call you back for it? If I don't find anyone sooner, we'll take it. We have a diagnostic fee, which pays for the electrician to travel to your home, inspect your unit and tell you what's wrong. That will be waived if you proceed with the repairs with us. So you're only calling for the service cost once the job is done.
