We had Andrew come over to the house to look at the washer. We were hoping that we could get the part ordered and have it fixed. Do you know how long it will be, roughly?
I transfer the information to Andrew. If any other information needed for him to proceed with the job, he will give you a callback. And we will basically keep you posted after the parts are ordered, when they will be delivered, and when we will come to repair the part installation to finish the job. I won't be personally ordering the parts; he will be the one, so I will ask him to give you a call as soon as he orders and when the supplier provides an ETA for them.
